In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge security systems and our diverse portfolio of clients.

As a Service Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate long-term relationships with facility managers and business owners, and provide expert consultative advice on integrated security solutions. You will be empowered to drive growth within your territory while leveraging the prestige and technical excellence of the Johnson Controls brand. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses a strong sales acumen, and is committed to delivering excellence in every client interaction.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share for security and building service solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct site surveys and needs assessments to provide tailored security system recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery meetings to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM documentation to track performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the security, HVAC, or building automation industries.
  • Strong understanding of electronic security systems, fire safety, or building management technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated professional with a high degree of integrity and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
