- Manage materials inventory when acting as Halliburton's sole service provider at the well site
- Operate and maintain coiled tubing equipment and related tools
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to optimize service delivery
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions
- Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation and reports
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Technical, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coiled tubing operations
- Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and procedures
- Certification in relevant safety and operational protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in challenging environments and under pressure
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote locations
