We are seeking dynamic, professional, and proactive individuals to join our front-line team as All-Around Service Staff. As a Service Staff member, you will be at the heart of this unique entertainment hub. Your role will involve managing the entire guest journey - from warmly welcoming players and orienting them to our state-of-the-art simulators, to serving gourmet food and beverages directly to their bays. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience at our premium indoor golf facility.
- Manage the operation of golf simulators, including setup, equipment handling, and troubleshooting guest inquiries.
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service directly to guest bays, taking orders and delivering items promptly and accurately.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the golf simulation areas, lounge, and dining spaces.
- Assist in event setup and breakdown for corporate bookings, tournaments, and private gatherings.
- Handle guest payments and properly manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, merchandise, and F&B items, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Proactively engage with guests to promote membership programs, packages, and upcoming events.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School graduate); a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, golf course, or entertainment venue is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino; multilingual candidates are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, proactive, and positive mindset.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and safely lift up to 25 kg of equipment or supplies.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in guest and team interactions.
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Parañaque City, and the nearby Southern Metro Manila areas.
