As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for balancing high-quality customer service with team management and sales performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house staff to improve service efficiency and guest engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed outlet revenue targets.
  • Resolve customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage inventory, cash handling procedures, and daily administrative reporting.
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to company SOPs, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.
  • Coordinate shifts to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak business hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a 'customer-first' mindset.
  • Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic office administration software (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
