Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily bar and service operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a vibrant team of service staff to maintain high performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure product availability.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar management to streamline service flow during peak hours.
  • Generate performance reports and assist in roster management to optimize labor costs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, bar, or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (local language is a plus).
  • A deep understanding of high-quality service standards and beverage operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
  • Professional, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
