Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar and service operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a vibrant team of service staff to maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure product availability.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar management to streamline service flow during peak hours.
- Generate performance reports and assist in roster management to optimize labor costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, bar, or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (local language is a plus).
- A deep understanding of high-quality service standards and beverage operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
