Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for mechanical and electrical systems? Citra Airindo Abadi is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Service Supervisor / Leader for Electrical Hoist systems to join our dynamic maintenance and after-sales team in Jakarta.
In this critical role, you will be the face of our technical excellence, ensuring that our clients' electrical hoists and material handling equipment operate at peak efficiency. You will lead field service activities, manage technical interventions, and cultivate long-term relationships through superior service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute comprehensive after-sales services, including installation start-ups, routine periodic maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting.
- Provide expert technical leadership during on-site repairs to ensure safety compliance and operational uptime.
- Manage complex service contracts, ensuring all work is completed according to schedule and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical hoists to identify potential mechanical or electrical failures before they occur.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians in field procedures, safety protocols, and technical best practices.
- Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and progress updates for both management and clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to source necessary spare parts and ensure inventory readiness for service calls.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in maintenance and repair of electrical hoists, cranes, or heavy industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control panels, and motor drive systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage small field teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits across the Jakarta Raya area and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (K3) is highly preferred.
