Join Liugong Machinery Indonesia as a Service Supervisor at our dynamic project site in Sulawesi Utara. This critical leadership role oversees the entire maintenance and repair ecosystem for heavy machinery, ensuring operational excellence and maximum equipment uptime. You'll lead a technical team in executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and optimizing service delivery across mining operations. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving combined with strategic team management to drive safety standards, efficiency improvements, and cost-effective maintenance solutions. As a key stakeholder, you'll coordinate cross-functional resources while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations and company protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for all heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and specialized machinery
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians through task assignment, performance monitoring, and skill development
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshooting for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Manage inventory control for spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure operational readiness
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OHS regulations in all maintenance activities
- Generate maintenance reports and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in mining or construction sectors
- Proven track record in supervising technical teams and maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems in industrial machinery
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex equipment failures
- Leadership experience in safety-critical industrial environments
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and reporting tools
