Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering systems and products.
- Conduct on-site inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex service issues and customer queries.
- Document service reports, technical specifications, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Support the team with data analysis and performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (relevant internship experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technical operations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for overseas exposure and on-site visits.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and technical software.
