Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt food/beverage delivery and attentive guest interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Assist in setting up dining areas, maintaining inventory, and managing POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Adhere to all safety protocols and established service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
