Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage service teams to ensure efficient daily operations
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols and Vietnamese cuisine knowledge
- Coordinate with kitchen team for seamless order fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Monitor inventory levels and control operational costs
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hospitality supervision experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Vietnamese cuisine experience highly desirable
