Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal workflow.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Manage customer feedback professionally to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Conduct daily briefings and training for junior staff to maintain service excellence.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Support the store manager in daily reporting and operational administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and HACCP standards.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
