We are currently looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Service Technician to support our growing HVAC service business in Singapore. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment (chillers, air handlers, VRF systems, etc.) at customer sites across Singapore.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Execute service calls efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
- Prepare accurate and timely service reports, documentation, and timesheets.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert technical advice and support.
- Collaborate with the service team and operations manager to optimize scheduling and parts inventory.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and maintenance in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and control systems.
- Experience with chiller systems (e.g., Carrier, York, Trane) is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Singapore Boiler & Pressure Vessel Act, SCEM, or LEW) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
