ManpowerGroup is proud to represent a global leader in semiconductor capital equipment in the search for a dedicated Service Technician / Assistant Engineer (Front End Tools). This exciting role is based in the Central Region and focuses on supporting advanced wafer fabrication equipment.
As a key member of the field service team, you will ensure the high availability and performance of complex front-end semiconductor systems such as CVD, PVD, Etch, and Photolithography tools. You will be the primary technical interface for our client's customers, delivering exceptional on-site service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on semiconductor front-end tools (e.g., CVD, PVD, Etch, Photolithography).
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis to minimize equipment downtime.
- Install, commission, and qualify new equipment at customer fabrication facilities.
- Execute hardware and software upgrades to enhance tool performance and capabilities.
- Maintain detailed service logs, technical reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate closely with global engineering teams and customer stakeholders on technical issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety rules and cleanroom protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor front-end equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of vacuum systems, robotics, and RF plasma technologies.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communicator with a strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and support standby duties if required.
