Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of chemical management equipment and systems.
- Monitor and manage chemical inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock and timely replenishment for CMS operations.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve operational issues with chemical delivery and processing systems.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company guidelines for chemical handling, storage, and disposal.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for all executed tasks and system checks.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams and other departments to optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration of CMS.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new chemical management equipment and system upgrades.
- Provide basic operational guidance and support to junior technicians or production staff on CMS procedures.
Kualifikasi
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Chemical Process Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, process, or service environment, preferably involving chemical handling or management.
- Familiarity with Chemical Management Systems (CMS) or industrial chemical processes is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and understanding of hazardous material handling procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and using operational software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing duties that may involve lifting, standing, and working in a plant environment.
- Ability to commit to a fixed-term contract.
