Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of advanced laboratory instruments.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure high availability of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair complex hardware, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.
- Provide on-site training and technical support to end-users regarding equipment operation and safety.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and part replacements accurately in the service management system.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure service tools are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to resolve escalated technical challenges.
- Maintain compliance with all laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field service, preferably within the laboratory, medical, or analytical instrumentation sector.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic software, and electronic testing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is preferred for technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Jakarta area as required.
