Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of field instrumentation and SCADA system components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLCs, RTUs, and SCADA communications protocols in Muar and JB regions.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown services for clients' control systems.
- Provide clear, detailed technical service reports and documentation following each site visit.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to execute system upgrades and software patches.
- Deliver excellent customer service, offering basic on-site training and technical support to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in field service, PLC troubleshooting, or SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of technical curiosity.
- Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and willing to travel frequently between Johor Bahru and Muar.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with clients and team members.
