We are currently looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our growing team at Job Express Services. If you have a passion for machinery and possess 2–3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing vending machines and auto-washing machines, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to end-users. This position offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic environments of Tuas and Ang Mo Kio, contributing to the reliability of essential commercial appliances. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of vending machines and auto-washing machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults efficiently and resolve them on-site or in the workshop.
- Conduct regular inspections, safety checks, and cleaning of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communication.
- Install, assemble, and configure new vending or washing units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs, including repair history and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining vending machines or auto-washing machinery.
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, electrical schematics, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Valid driver's license (Mobility may be required to visit various sites).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments, including industrial sites and customer premises.
