Search Personnel is seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's team and ensure the reliability and efficiency of water storage solutions. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing water tank systems across various sites in the West Region.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and executing repairs promptly. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed service reports, coordinating with clients to schedule maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with industry safety standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks is essential for documenting system modifications and improvements.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering or equivalent, with hands-on experience in water tank systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently are highly valued. - Inspect water tank systems to assess condition and identify potential issues.
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in water tank systems.
- Utilize AutoCAD or SolidWorks to create and update system diagrams and modification plans.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing water tank systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to water storage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites in the West Region.
