About the Client:

Your Key Focus:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of water tank systems, from initial inspection and routine servicing to complex repairs and system upgrades. Using your expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, you will not only troubleshoot issues but also contribute to design improvements and documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Diploma in M&E Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Solid, demonstrable experience with water tank systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- A strong focus on safety and quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections and risk assessments of water tank systems to ensure optimal operational condition.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, servicing, and testing, meticulously documenting findings and actions taken.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults in water tanks, pumps, and associated control systems.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to review technical drawings, create as-built schematics, and propose system improvements.
- Coordinate and manage service schedules with clients, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, raising purchase requisitions as needed.
- Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in servicing and repairing water tank or water treatment systems.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD 2D/3D and/or SolidWorks for design and drafting tasks.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and electrical control panels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple service requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred (company vehicle provided for site travel).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
