Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently.
- Manage and maintain accurate workshop records, including service logs and parts inventory usage.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the timely availability of necessary components.
- Ensure all repair work complies with strict safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Monitor workshop cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices regarding workshop procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive workshop operations or a related field.
- Vocational Certificate or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and computerized workshop management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class A or B).
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and perform field inspections if required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
