- Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
- Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and metrics to track service performance
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow applications
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
- Ensure security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITBM, and CSM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) is a plus
