- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including flowcharts, specifications, and user guides
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via web services, APIs, and middleware solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with organizational standards
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically with App Engine
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript development
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, including web services and APIs
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, CIS, or CSA) preferred
