Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices
- Lead the discovery phase of new ServiceNow initiatives, gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Develop minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate solutions before full-scale implementation
- Ensure ServiceNow platforms evolve to meet changing business needs through strategic planning and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with development teams to implement technical solutions and ensure adherence to architectural standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and architectural principles
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
- Document architectural decisions, create technical documentation, and maintain system architecture diagrams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar technical architecture role
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITBM, and security modules
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow workflows
- Certification in ServiceNow Architecture (CSA) or related ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS or Azure, as it relates to ServiceNow implementations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
