Avensys Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and strategic ServiceNow CMDB Architect to join our dynamic team in Pasay City. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB with ITSM modules.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the ServiceNow CMDB architecture.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure configuration item (CI) accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to provide visibility into asset and configuration data.
- Conduct regular data audits, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with ITSM and technical stakeholders to integrate CMDB with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Define CI baselines, standards, and lifecycle management workflows within the platform.
- Train and mentor junior developers and technical staff on CMDB best practices and ServiceNow functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a ServiceNow Architect or CMDB Specialist.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Configuration Management practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow UI Builder, Flow Designer, and server-side scripting (JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
