Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.
- Define and maintain CMDB data models, schemas, and relationships to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage scope.
- Develop and enforce governance policies, including data entry standards, change management processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee the migration of existing configuration items (CIs) into the new CMDB environment, ensuring zero data loss.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators within the ServiceNow team.
- Continuously monitor CMDB performance and optimize queries and workflows to enhance system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer with a specific focus on CMDB.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 framework and ServiceNow ITSM processes.
- Proven expertise in designing complex data models, managing relationships, and handling large-scale data migrations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting, and experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript/GlideAPI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational consulting environment or Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
