Are you a seasoned architect with a passion for data governance and digital transformation? Join GECO Asia Pte. Ltd as our ServiceNow CMDB Architect and play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing enterprise CMDB architectures. In this hybrid role, you will leverage industry standards such as CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to ensure data integrity and alignment across the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker to lead our IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives and drive the quality of our asset management capabilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the CMDB strategy within the ServiceNow platform.
- Align CMDB architecture and data models strictly with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards.
- Define and maintain the data governance framework to ensure high-quality asset information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize Configuration Items (CI).
- Integrate CMDB with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, and other ITSM modules.
- Conduct impact analysis for architectural changes and system upgrades to minimize business disruption.
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB health and data trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically focusing on CMDB and ITSM.
- Proven experience implementing CSDM; Certified Application Developer in CMDB is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and database management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (office and remote).
- Experience with ServiceNow Governance and Administration (G&A) best practices.
