In this critical role, you'll ensure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) remains the single source of truth for our organization's IT assets, driving operational excellence and informed decision-making. You'll spearhead initiatives to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness while optimizing CMDB processes for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CI relationships, implement governance frameworks, and automate data synchronization. Your expertise will directly impact IT service delivery, change management efficiency, and incident resolution times. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Define and implement CI relationships, naming conventions, and governance policies
- Perform regular audits, data quality assessments, and reconciliation activities
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Develop automation scripts to streamline data synchronization and maintenance
- Train stakeholders on CMDB usage and best practices
- Collaborate with architects to align CMDB with infrastructure changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of IT service management experience with 3+ years in CMDB roles
- Expert-level ServiceNow platform certification (CIS-SAM or higher)
- Deep knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
- Proficiency in CI modeling, reconciliation tools, and data governance
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
