In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize workflows that drive efficiency and user satisfaction. Whether it's configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules, enhancing the Service Portal, or integrating with third-party systems, your expertise will be central to our digital transformation journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal development and customization.
- Design, implement, and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform system administration tasks, such as user management, role security, and instance upgrades.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERPs, CRMs) via APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and create knowledge base articles for the support team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a ServiceNow Administrator or Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB.
- Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript) and UI development (Angular or React).
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and web service integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
