As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Configure business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform system administration tasks, including upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including requirements and design specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Berlin, Tokyo, or later versions preferred).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience with database design and SQL.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
