Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet specific business requirements.
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and seamless enterprise workflows.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and system configurations.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in platform development and administration.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and XML.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process automation.
