Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Create and maintain JavaScript/Jelly scripts for automation and customization
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via web services and APIs
- Implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions
- Optimize platform performance through scripting and configuration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and platform configuration
- Experience with ServiceNow integration patterns and APIs
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
