Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CSM, SPM) using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements
- Develop and implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Create technical documentation including system designs, user guides, and process flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, including performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing solutions
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging platform capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow integration patterns and web services
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
