Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements
- Configure and customize workflows, forms, and business rules for optimal IT operations
- Develop integrations with third-party systems using web services, APIs, and MID servers
- Create and maintain client scripts, UI policies, and server-side scripts
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side scripting
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform including ITSM, CSM, and Integration Hub
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (web services, APIs, MID servers)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
