Are you a skilled ServiceNow Developer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence by configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing enterprise workflows, driving automation, and delivering a seamless service experience for our internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement custom workflows, service portal enhancements, and automated business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed configurations and customizations.
- Participate in platform upgrades and apply patches/updates in alignment with best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior team members as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and Service Portal configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (or modern front-end frameworks).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract engagement in Alabang.
