Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including custom modules, workflows, and UI policies
- Implement business rules, script includes, and client-side JavaScript to enhance platform functionality
- Create and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers
- Develop responsive UI/UX solutions using HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's CMS capabilities
- Automate ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog) to optimize service delivery
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of software development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and API integration methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering
