- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions
- Deliver new platform features and enhancements aligned with business requirements
- Create and optimize reporting dashboards for actionable insights
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while maintaining system integrity
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs and web services
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
- Stay current with ServiceNow product updates and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer
- Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Certification in ServiceNow Platform (CSA/CSA+) preferred
- Knowledge of ServiceNow security models and governance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
