Vcustomer Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Engineer to join our expanding technical team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow HRSD module to streamline human resource operations and enhance employee experience across the enterprise.
As an HRSD Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to automate processes, improve case management workflows, and ensure seamless integration within the ServiceNow platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain HRSD workflows, service portals, and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to translate complex requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot HR case management, document management, and enterprise onboarding modules.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new HRSD features and patches.
- Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with HR process governance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and end-user training for HRSD-related functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and platform optimization to increase HR productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer with specific focus on HRSD.
- Certified ServiceNow HR Implementation Specialist (CIS-HRSD) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of HR business processes and the ability to map them into ServiceNow workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs within the ServiceNow environment.
- Experience with integrations, including REST/SOAP web services and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
