We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Intern to join our dynamic IT team in Makati City. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and digital transformation, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our global workforce.
As a ServiceNow Intern, you will work closely with experienced developers and analysts to understand how ServiceNow is used to streamline business processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Support the IT Service Management (ITSM) team in daily operations and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, quality assurance, and documentation of system changes and updates.
- Research and analyze ServiceNow best practices to suggest process improvements.
- Participate in agile meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management concepts.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
