We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow PPM Implementation Specialist to lead and manage the implementation, development, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform at Oxydata Software. In this pivotal Senior Developer role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, developing complex scripts, and ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. You will act as a technical lead for key projects, guiding junior developers and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business value.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a specific focus on PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and IT Service Management. You will be tasked with customizing the platform to meet unique business requirements, enhancing user experience through UI development, and maintaining system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow PPM modules, including project management, resource management, and portfolio tracking.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Groovy, and UI Composition.
- Design and implement complex business rules, scripts, and UI policies to automate workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (CRM, HRIS, ERP) via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of application issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure security compliance and adhere to ServiceNow development best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) or ITSM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Groovy scripting.
- Experience with UI Composition, UI Scripts, and Client Scripts.
- Familiarity with REST API integrations and database management (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
