We seek an expert in ServiceNow implementation to design, develop, and customize robust applications that streamline business processes across ITSM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery modules. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side scripting
- Configure complex workflows, business rules, and client scripts to automate business processes
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers
- Lead platform customization, upgrade planning, and performance optimization initiatives
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Document solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement security controls
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID servers)
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery modules
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., CIS-SAM, CIS-ITSM) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
