Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of service accounts with a focus on after-sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Drive service contract renewals and upsell additional services to maximize account value
  • Develop and implement account plans that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids for service contracts and maintenance agreements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service account management or after-sales roles
  • Strong techno-commercial background with understanding of analytical instruments (GC, LC, ICP-MS)
  • Proven track record in service contract renewals and upselling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience in the medical, analytical, or chemistry industry is highly desirable
