Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of service accounts with a focus on after-sales support and customer satisfaction
- Drive service contract renewals and upsell additional services to maximize account value
- Develop and implement account plans that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Prepare and submit competitive bids for service contracts and maintenance agreements
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service account management or after-sales roles
- Strong techno-commercial background with understanding of analytical instruments (GC, LC, ICP-MS)
- Proven track record in service contract renewals and upselling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience in the medical, analytical, or chemistry industry is highly desirable
