- Analyze complex datasets using statistical models and programming to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop and implement data visualization dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- Design predictive maintenance models to optimize service reliability and reduce downtime
- Validate data integrity and implement governance frameworks for enterprise datasets
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis tools (R/SAS)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of ICT service delivery models and KPIs
- Certification in data analytics or machine learning preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
