- Lead, mentor, and manage the HVAC service team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Drive profitable growth by effectively managing the P&L, controlling costs, and increasing service revenue.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational excellence standards and safety protocols across all service activities.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC solutions with broader building management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC service management or a related technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing P&L and driving business development in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building management technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant engineering or technical certification is preferred.
