Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operational service activities within the school premises.
- Lead and supervise service staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational protocols to improve service delivery and facility management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address maintenance and support service requests promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and service department activities for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a service or school environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead diverse teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and make quick, informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Deep commitment to the values and mission of an Islamic educational institution.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
