Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily service operations to ensure seamless school functions.
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to improve performance and maintain high morale.
- Address and resolve service-related inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and logistical support for school facilities.
- Implement quality assurance measures to consistently meet institutional standards.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with school administration to implement service improvements and policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a significant advantage.
