- Review and validate Salesmen's Daily Transaction Summaries (DTS) for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze supporting documents including invoices, receipts, and supplementary transaction reports
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies in sales transactions through systematic investigation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly settlement reports for management review
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve transactional issues and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in periodic audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Contribute to process improvements for settlement and reconciliation workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in settlement analysis, accounts receivable, or financial reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in complex data sets
- Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic approach to issue resolution
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to be based in Libungan, Cotabato with local knowledge preferred
