Join Entegris as a Setup Technician and become a vital part of our advanced manufacturing team in Kulim Hi-Tech Park. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing, calibrating, and optimizing injection molding equipment to ensure seamless production operations. You'll work closely with shift teams to maintain strict quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. As a key contributor to our production efficiency, you'll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document setup procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in precision manufacturing while supporting Entegris' mission to deliver innovative solutions to the semiconductor and high-tech industries.
Tanggung Jawab
- Setup, calibrate, and validate injection molding machines and molds for production runs
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to optimize product quality
- Conduct initial quality inspections and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions
- Support shift teams in meeting production targets and maintaining safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding equipment
- Document setup procedures, machine parameters, and production data
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in injection molding setup or manufacturing
- Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic proficiency in quality control tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
