Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans for sewer infrastructure projects.
- Monitor daily site progress against baseline schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and relevant government authorities (e.g., PUB) to ensure project compliance.
- Identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, updates, and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Manage technical documentation, including drawings, RFI submissions, and method statements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in sewer or underground utility construction.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building regulations and PUB utility standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certification in Construction Safety (e.g., WSH/BCSS) is a significant advantage.
