Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial sewing machines
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Order replacement parts and manage inventory of machine components
- Train machine operators on proper usage and basic troubleshooting
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sewing machine maintenance
- Technical certification in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing mechanisms
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
