Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons for children, teenagers, and adults across various proficiency levels.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet curriculum goals and student needs, ensuring lessons are interactive and effective.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for the English language.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staff meetings, and school events to collaborate with the teaching team.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting cross-cultural understanding and participating in community engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker (passport from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a recognized TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification (minimum 120 hours).
- Previous ESL teaching experience (minimum 1 year) is highly preferred, particularly in Asia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Valid criminal background check and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Highly organized, creative, patient, and able to manage diverse classroom dynamics effectively.
